Standings in the Stands: Week 8
It’s time to play for a championship.
There will be plenty of conference titles decided in the final week of the regular season, but only one participation trophy will be won.
Luxemburg-Casco and Ashwaubenon will be going head-to-head to determine this year’s Standings in the Stands champion.
The efforts by both programs have been impressive throughout the season, as each is tied at the top with 117 points.
The ‘Burg and Pineapple People have been nothing short of creative in showing off their school spirit this year. We look forward to a great matchup between this evenly matched squads.
Below is the criteria that will determine the Standings in the Stands champion.
Good luck to both teams.

3. G.B. Southwest
Michael Vivian, the MVP of this group, was trying to play defense last week to possibly work his team up the standings, but it’s tough to take points off the board here once they’ve been scored.
2. Luxemburg-Casco
The ‘Burg’s consistency is amazing. It earned 10 bonus points for best “AP” sign last week. Miceli Mania continues to run wild as the ‘Burg is primed to make a run at a championship.

1. Ashwaubenon
The Pineapple People had quite an adventure in its trip to Sheboygan North last week. Not only did it stay warm and earn 15 bonus points with “AP” hot cocoa (We honestly didn’t know we made that), but the Pineapple People made some new friends with the Sheboygan North band. A/C did such an amazing job that the folks in Sheboygan even gave them free soda after the game. Addison Stromberg and Chayse Earney will need to put together the strongest effort of the year to earn a championship this week.
